IDEA Youth Forum is the largest academic debate summer camp in the world for students from around the globe. IDEA Youth Forum Estonia 2004 was the 10th forum in succession. Forum's over, but the voyage never ends!

Resolutions:
The separation of the public and the private is detrimental to womens´ rights.
It is better to focus on a harm reduction strategy than on a law enforcement strategy in dealing with drug abuse.

Tournaments:
Karl Popper Debate World Championships and a Mixed-team tournament took place during the Forum.

Results:
Karl Popper World Champion 2004 is United States West - Rachel Sohl, Joshua Strazanac and Nathaniel Styler.
Mixed-team tournament winner 2004 is Team Beer - Crt Podlogar (Slovenia), Katarina Kopajova (Slovakia) and Vasil Managadze (Georgia).
